Orthodox Church of the Dormition of the Mother of God in Ustrzyki Dolne was built in 1847 and renovated in 1937. From 1951 to 1953, it functioned as a church. Later, up until 1980, it served as a warehouse, which resulted in its devastation. Between 1980 and 1985 it was included in the local Roman Catholic parish, after which necessary refurbishment works were performed. Upon the 1985 decision of bishop Ignacy Tokarczuk, the church was transferred to Greek Catholics. The first high mass was celebrated on the third Sunday of Advent. As of now, services take place regularly on each Sunday.

By the church, there is a mortar bell-gable from 1847 with three arcades. The cemetery by the church has only one oak cross preserved – a piece from 1938 which commemorates the celebrations of the 950th anniversary of the Baptism of Rus.
